Treatment Coordinator – Create Raving Patients & Change Lives

Our Treatment Coordinator plays one of the most important roles in the practice — helping patients understand their treatment, feel confident moving forward, and guiding them through one of the most important healthcare decisions they’ll make.

Think of yourself as the patient’s advocate and guide.

What You’ll Do
You’ll be the trusted guide who helps patients move from “I’m nervous and unsure” to “I’m excited and ready to start.”
Responsibilities include:
Present comprehensive treatment plans in a clear, confident, non-dental way
Build trust and connection with patients
Help patients understand the value of their treatment
Review financial options and payment plans
Coordinate scheduling for larger treatment cases
Follow up with patients who are considering treatment
Work closely with doctors and team members to create an exceptional patient experience
Track case acceptance and help the practice improve enrollment systems
