Dental Front Desk Treatment Coordinator (Willing to Train)

We are a well-established private dental practice in the East Bay/Antioch/Oakley/Brentwood seeking a results-driven Front Desk / Treatment Coordinator who knows how to convert diagnosed treatment into scheduled care. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on keeping the schedule full, helping patients move forward confidently, and supporting doctors in hitting production goals. Willing to train those who are new or have some dental experience, depending on the right personality and mindset.

Schedule & Availability
Full-time position
Immediate availability preferred
Saturday availability required
Consistent schedule in a fast-paced practice
Key Responsibilities
Present and coordinate dental treatment plans
Help patients move forward with same-day treatment whenever possible
Manage and optimize schedules for up to three doctors
Proactively fill last-minute cancellations and open chair time
Make outbound calls and follow up on unscheduled treatment
Maintain a full, efficient schedule aligned with production goals
Systems & Software Experience
Open Dental
Cherry, CareCredit, and Proceed financing
Insurance verification and benefit navigation
Comfort with KPIs, reports, and performance tracking

Who We’re Looking For
Prior experience in a dental front desk or treatment coordinator role
Sales and closing skills to help patients move forward
Spanish-speaking strongly preferred
Organized, confident, and patient-focused
Skilled at closing treatment and filling schedules
Comfortable meeting KPIs and production targets
Team player who communicates well with doctors and staff
