Dental Front Desk Treatment Plan Coordinator

Dental 360 is hiring a motivated dental receptionist to join our team. Our ideal candidate will be team-oriented, patient-focused, compassionate, and reliable. Must multi-task and thrive in a busy work environment.

Dentrix software knowledge is a plus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities -
Create a welcoming environment for patients and team members. We strive to build relationships and earn our patients' trust.

Updating patient records and documenting recent treatments and procedures
Scheduling, rescheduling, confirming or cancelling appointments
Maintain schedules efficient and prosperous
Verifying eligibility and patient benefits
Creating and presenting treatment plans and finance options
Verifying methods of payment and collecting payments as needed
Performing general office duties, such as answering phones, emails, filing, faxing, and photocopying
Provide high-quality patient care
Perform all assigned duties in a professional, accountable, and collaborative manner
Regularly scheduled attendance is required
any other tasks or duties as assigned
Qualifications -
Dental experience minimum of 1 year
Must have excellent communication/customer service skills
Minimum H.S. Diploma
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
Crossed Train (Front and Back) a plus
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
