Our pediatric dental office is seeking a front office assistant to join our team! We are dedicated to exceptional customer service and the highest quality dental care.
The ideal candidate will be outgoing, professional, organized, detail oriented, and able to confidently communicate with our patients and their parents.
Duties will include scheduling and confirming patient appointments, verifying insurance, answering phones, presenting treatment plans, collecting payments, and assisting with office marketing and promotion.
Experience in the dental or medical field and customer service are preferred.
