Dental Front Office Concierge

Our established fee-for-service cosmetic and wellness-focused practice is searching and exceptional Front Office Assistant to join our team. We are a relationship-driven practice that values genuine patient connections and delivering a high-end experience from the moment patients walk through the door.

Responsibilities include: welcoming and checking in patients with warmth and professionalism; scheduling appointments and coordinating the daily schedule efficiently; answering phones and helping patients feel comfortable and informed; assisting with treatment coordination and financial arrangements; maintaining smooth front office flow in a busy practice; supporting the team with positivity and flexibility
Qualifications: minimum 2-3 yrs of dental front office experience preferred; excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; Dentrix; professional appearance and dependable work ethic; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
