Location: North County San Diego / Vista
Schedule: 3 days per week, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
About Our Practice
We are a well-established endodontic, patient-focused dental practice in North County San Diego with a close-knit team and a strong commitment to providing excellent patient care. We take pride in creating a welcoming, professional environment for our patients while maintaining a positive and supportive workplace for our team.

We are looking for someone who is not simply looking for a job, but who wants to become an important part of our practice and build a long-term relationship with our team. The right person will be someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys interacting with patients, and communicates well.

Position & Schedule
Our primary need is for a front office team member working 3 days per week.

Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

**We are also open to a 4-day-per-week flex position for the right candidate. This schedule would include:
3 days working in the front office
1 day working in the back office as a dental assistant
The 4-day position is considered full-time and is eligible for our full-time benefits package.

Front Office Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Answering and managing incoming phone calls
Scheduling and confirming patient appointments
Patient check-in and check-out
Collecting patient payments and accurately handling financial transactions
Verifying and explaining dental insurance benefits
Explaining treatment plans and helping patients understand their recommended care
Communicating effectively with patients, doctors, and team members
Maintaining accurate patient records and information
Handling multiple tasks and priorities in a busy environment
Providing a welcoming and positive experience for every patient

We are looking to pay $27–$34 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and the overall value you can bring to our office.
