Job Description
Front Office Coordinator – Join a Purpose-Driven Dental Team in Ballard
Are you someone who thrives on connection, growth, and being part of a supportive team? We’re looking for a Front Office Coordinator to join our Ballard dental office. Someone who brings positivity, professionalism, and a genuine passion for helping people feel valued and cared for.
At our core, we believe dentistry is about more than teeth. We see oral health as a cornerstone of whole-body health, and we deliver care through emotional intelligence, authenticity, and teamwork. Our front office is the heart of that experience — the first warm smile patients see and the steady hand that keeps the practice flowing smoothly.
What You’ll Do
As a vital partner to our Office Manager, you’ll help with all aspects of the front office, including:
Welcoming and checking in patients with warmth and professionalism.
Coordinating appointments and managing scheduling systems (Open Dental experience a plus, but not required).
Supporting patients in understanding their treatment and financial options.
Collaborating with clinical and administrative teammates to ensure a seamless, patient-centered experience.
Upholding organized, efficient systems that make every day run smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
A strong history of previous dental office experience is required and Open Dental experience preferred. With that base, we'll filter for the right candidate who shares our values and intrinsic motivation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills rooted in emotional intelligence.
A systematic and accountable mindset, someone who takes ownership, stays organized, and supports the team.
A positive, adaptable personality who enjoys building relationships with patients and coworkers.
Why You’ll Love Working Here:
We’ve built a culture where every team member feels valued, connected, and fulfilled. Here’s what you can expect:
Balanced schedule: Some Mondays, every Tuesday–Friday (7 am – 4 pm).
Comprehensive benefits: Paid holidays, generous PTO, health insurance, complimentary dental services, 401K matching, and office bonuses.
Supportive culture: We believe in continuous personal and professional growth, collaboration, and authentic connection, because when our team thrives, our patients do too.
Our Values in Action:
Excellence-driven: We take pride in mastering our craft and delivering exceptional care.
Systematic: We rely on organized systems that ensure patients always feel supported and team members know small things won't fall through the cracks creating large problems later.
Accountable: We take ownership of our roles while stepping in to help teammates when needed.
If you’re ready to join a team where excellence, integrity, and connection guide everything we do, we’d love to meet you.
Apply today and help us make a lasting impact on our patients, each other, and our community.
