Front Desk Coordinator / Treatment Coordinator
Radiant Smiles Dentistry

Full-time$21–$24/hour
Job Summary
Radiant Smiles Dentistry is a new, locally owned dental practice opening in the Savannah/Pooler area. We are seeking a dependable, friendly, and highly organized Front Desk Coordinator / Treatment Coordinator to join our team.
This is a key role in our practice. The front desk coordinator will be the first face and first voice of Radiant Smiles Dentistry and will help create a welcoming, professional, and patient-centered experience from the moment a patient contacts our office.
We are looking for someone who wants to be more than just a receptionist. The ideal candidate is someone who can help us grow the practice, build strong patient relationships, support scheduling and insurance workflows, and help fulfill our vision of providing dental care that focuses on comfort, education, prevention, and the connection between oral health and overall health.
Schedule
Current anticipated schedule:
Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Compensation
$21–$24 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
A performance-based pay review will be completed after the introductory period.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Greeting patients warmly and professionally
Answering phones and managing patient communication
Scheduling appointments and helping maintain productive patient flow
Confirming appointments and managing follow-up communication
Verifying dental insurance benefits
Reviewing treatment plans and helping patients understand next steps
Presenting financial estimates and collecting patient portions
Supporting patient financing and membership plan discussions
Managing patient forms, records, and documentation
Coordinating with the clinical team to keep the schedule running smoothly
Helping track unscheduled treatment and recall opportunities
Supporting a positive, organized, and patient-focused office culture
Maintaining HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
Qualifications
Required:
At least 1 year of front desk or patient-facing office experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to stay organized and multitask
Dependable, friendly, and team-oriented
Willingness to learn and grow with the practice
Preferred:
Dental front desk experience
Dental insurance verification experience
Treatment coordinator experience
Experience presenting treatment plans and financial estimates
Experience with dental practice management software
Familiarity with PPO insurance, patient financing, and membership plans
