We are seeking a Dental Front Office Coordinator to join our amazing team to improve our patient’s dental health and smiles. We offer a job environment that you will love, starting with an amazing and collaborative team, and focused to provide best in class oral health care to our patients.

Monday 7:40am - 5:00pm (1 hour lunch)
Tuesday 7:40am - 5:00pm (1 hour lunch)
Wednesday 7:40am - 5:00pm (1 hour lunch)
Thursday 7:40am - 5:00pm (1 hour lunch)
Friday 7:40am - 12:00pm (no lunch)
Responsibilities:
The Dental Front Office Coordinator should:
Meet and greet our patients as our number one priority.
Develop productive schedules.
Manage patient documents and records.
Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
1 year of experience working in Dental or Medical Front Office
Warm, welcoming personality
High school diploma or GED.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of Dental operations
Technical expertise in dental insurance benefits
Experience with Dental Software such as Denticon
