Dental Front Office / Treatment Coordinator /Dental Billing Private Dental Office (Fullerton, CA)
We are a private, high-tech dental office located in a nice area of Fullerton. We are seeking an experienced Front Office / Treatment Coordinator/Billing to join our team.
The ideal candidate must have experience presenting dental treatment, handling insurance billing, and providing excellent service to our patients. Minimum 2 years of experience.
Salary: Based on qualifications and experience
Responsibilities:
Present dental treatment plans to patients
Verify and check insurance eligibility
Check in patients and ensure a smooth front desk experience
Answer phones and provide professional, friendly communication
Manage and maintain the office schedule to keep it full and efficient
Support the team with treatment coordination and administrative tasks
