Job Description

Dental Front Office Manager – Fee-for-Service Prosthodontic Practice
Advanced Reconstructive Dentistry – Edina, MN
Pay: $30–$35/hour, depending on experience
Full-time | In-person
Advanced Reconstructive Dentistry is a private prosthodontic practice in Edina seeking an experienced Dental Front Office Manager / Patient Care Coordinator to become an important part of our vibrant and collaborative team.

Our practice focuses on comprehensive, high-quality prosthodontic and restorative care. We are a fee-for-service practice, allowing our team to focus on excellent patient care rather than insurance-driven dentistry. Although we are out-of-network, we assist our patients by accurately submitting dental insurance claims on their behalf.

We are looking for someone who is warm and personable with patients, exceptionally organized, comfortable with the financial side of dentistry, and capable of taking ownership of the day-to-day front office.

Responsibilities
Create a welcoming, professional experience for patients from their first phone call through completion of treatment
Manage patient scheduling, confirmations, cancellations, short-call lists, recare, and follow-up
Coordinate appointments and communication with referring dentists, specialists, laboratories, and other offices
Manage incoming phone calls, emails, patient forms, and front-office correspondence
Maintain accurate patient demographic, medical history, referral, and account information
Work extensively with Eaglesoft and digital records/radiographs using DEXIS
Submit dental insurance claims for our out-of-network patients and follow claims through completion
Assist patients with insurance questions and reimbursement documentation
Collect and post patient payments and charges accurately
Discuss established payment arrangements and financial options with patients
Monitor accounts receivable, statements, outstanding balances, refunds, and collections
Send records, radiographs, and supporting information to referring offices and insurance companies
Help maintain an efficiently scheduled and organized practice
Serve as a dependable point person for day-to-day front-office operations
Work closely with the doctors, hygienists, assistants, and other team members
Be willing to pitch in when needed—we value team members who take initiative and help one another
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate has previous dental front-office experience and is comfortable working independently while also being part of a close-knit team.

Experience with the following is highly desirable:
Dental front-office and practice-management workflows
Eaglesoft

We especially value someone who is:
Friendly, confident, and professional with patients

An excellent communicator by phone, email, and in person
Dependable and able to work independently
Proactive and willing to take ownership of responsibilities
Comfortable managing multiple priorities
Team-oriented and willing to help coworkers
Interested in becoming a long-term member of our practice
Compensation & Benefits
We believe experienced dental professionals should be compensated competitively and have access to meaningful benefits.

We offer:
$25–$35/hour, depending on experience
Health insurance contribution
401(k) retirement plan with employer match
Paid time off
Paid holidays
Dental benefits
Performance/bonus opportunities
Competitive and predictable work schedule
Convenient Edina location with easy parking

Supportive, collaborative team culture
Opportunity for long-term growth and increased responsibility
Why Advanced Reconstructive Dentistry?

We are a specialty practice centered on quality, relationships, teamwork, and exceptional patient care.

Our patients often require complex, comprehensive treatment, so our front-office team plays an important role in creating a calm, organized, and exceptional experience from the first phone call through the completion of care.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced dental professional who wants to move beyond a traditional receptionist role and become an important part of the operations and culture of a high-quality private practice.

If you enjoy building relationships with patients, are comfortable with both the administrative and financial aspects of dentistry, and want to work in a practice where your experience and initiative are valued, we would love to hear from you.
