Dental Front Office Receptionist

Looking to hire a motivated, efficient, personable Dental Front Office Coordinator to work at a PRIVATE dental office.

Core Competencies:
Minimum of 1 year dental front office/billing experience
CPR Certification
Prior knowledge of Open Dental software is a plus, but not required as we will provide training
Essential Functions:
Excellent phone answering/communication skills (You are the 1st impression of our team!)
Impeccable organization for record keeping
A willingness to be flexible and accommodating for patients
Consistent in cleanliness, timeliness and service
Mastery in insurance, billing, payments and scheduling
Managing insurance claims and posting insurance payments
