What Matters Most to Us
At Concierge Dentistry, we believe skills can be taught, but character, personality, and mindset are much harder to train.

While previous dental experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right person. We are looking for someone who brings enthusiasm, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help others every day.

The ideal candidate:
Has a positive, outgoing, and friendly personality
Enjoys building relationships and creating exceptional patient experiences
Is eager to learn and open to coaching, feedback, and personal growth
Takes initiative and demonstrates a strong work ethic
Works well in a team environment and is willing to support coworkers when needed
