We are a busy dental office looking for someone to run our front desk. This is the job where you answer the phone, greet patients, and set the tone for their whole visit.

The person we need is great on the phone. When a new patient calls with questions, you can put them at ease, explain what we do, and get them on the schedule. That is the biggest part of this job. If you have ever turned a nervous caller into a patient who showed up and brought their family in later, you know exactly what we mean.

You will also manage the schedule, verify insurance, follow up with patients who have treatment they have not scheduled yet, and help them understand their options and their cost.

You need dental office experience. You should already know the terminology, insurance verification, and how to work in practice management software. Back office experience is a plus but not required.
