Position Details
Full-Time Position (# of hours)
Competitive Pay: $20–$24/hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities
Welcome and check in patients
Answer phones and schedule appointments
Verify insurance and assist with billing questions
Manage patient records and treatment scheduling
Collect payments and maintain accurate accounts
Coordinate communication between patients and clinical staff
Help maintain an organized and positive front office experience
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of dental or medical front office experience required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced office
Experience with dental software preferred
Positive attitude and professional demeanor
Experince with Dentrix or Eaglesoft is a plus
