Job Description
Our office is looking for a part-time front office assistant to join our growing dental team! We are seeking a competent individual with a positive attitude who can also provide excellent customer service skills to our patients. We are open Monday-Thursday.
Responsibilities Include
-Answering phone calls and scheduling
-Manage the schedule and confirming appointments
-Insurance verification, submission, and follow-up on claims
-Processing payments
-Assisting the overall operations of the practice
Desired Skills
-Experience as dental front desk position preferred, but not required
-Computer proficiency skills
-Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
-Attention to detail and problem solving skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
-Dental office work experience is required
Pay is commensurate with experience. $18-24
