Front Office Duties
Greet and check in patients
Answer phones and schedule appointments
Fill last-minute openings in schedule
Collect patient payments and balances
Confirm appointments and manage recalls
Maintain accurate patient records
Assist with treatment plan presentation and scheduling
Back Office Floater Duties
Prepare treatment rooms between patients
Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control protocols
Assist clinical team as needed
Take dental radiographs (if licensed)
Seat patients and review medical histories
Help maintain office cleanliness and organization
