Job Description
A small boutique dental clinic is seeking a front office receptionist Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. We have an excellent close-knit team that works in an even paced environment. The clinic has 4 operatories with two of them dedicated to hygiene.
If you have a passion for quality dental care and patient comfort, then we would like to meet you! Typical job duties involve scheduling patients for treatment, scanning and uploading documents, sending and receiving emails, calling patients and receiving phone calls, reviewing treatment costs and insurance breakdowns with patients and collecting money for treatment. Required skills include, but are not limited to, using computers and technology proficiently as well as speaking to people over the phone.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to project positivity and a warm, compassionate, caring professional demeanor. Minimum of 1 year of dental receptionist/front office or dental assistant experience required.
Job Type: Full-time
