At Alpine Family Dental, we believe patients and team members come first.
We're a busy, growing, patient-focused practice looking for an experienced dental professional to join our front office team. This position is ideal for an experienced Dental Receptionist, Treatment Coordinator, Insurance Coordinator, or Dental Assistant looking to transition into a front office role.

Schedule
Full-time
4-4.5 days per week
6:30 AM – 3:30 PM
What You'll Do
Welcome patients and create a positive first impression
Answer phones and schedule appointments
Verify insurance benefits and assist with insurance questions
Present treatment recommendations and discuss financial options
Collect payments and maintain accurate patient accounts
Maintain accurate patient records and schedules
Support daily front office operations
Work closely with our clinical team to ensure an outstanding patient experience

You are confident communicating with patients about treatment and finances.
You stay organized, work well under pressure, and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive attitude.

Qualifications
Preferred:
2+ years of dental front office experience
OR
2+ years of dental assisting experience with an interest in transitioning to front office responsibilities
Additional Qualifications:
Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
Understanding of dental insurance and treatment planning
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable with computers and practice management software
Typing speed of 40+ WPM
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
