Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations in a busy dental practice.
Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and assist them with the check-in process.
Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently.
Handle phone systems to answer calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about services.
Maintain patient records accurately using dental practice management software.
Process patient payments and insurance claims while ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment plans and follow-up appointments.
Assist in managing the flow of patients within the office to optimize efficiency.
Collaborate with dental staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Experience
Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a front desk role within a dental office is preferred. Training on the job available.
Proficiency in using phone systems and computer applications.
Strong patient service skills, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in all interactions.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
