The Role
Our office is growing, and we are looking for a driven, self-motivated professional to join our team as a Front Office Scheduling Coordinator, someone who can take ownership of the patient experience, work independently, and keep our schedule running efficiently and profitably.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves connecting with patients, and knows how to keep a busy schedule organized while making every patient feel welcome.
What You'll Do
Manage the daily schedule to maximize productivity while minimizing gaps and cancellations
Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out flow
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and confirm upcoming visits
Maintain an active recall and reactivation system to keep the schedule full
Manage the waitlist and fill last-minute openings efficiently
Coordinate with clinical team members to ensure the schedule matches provider availability and treatment needs
Handle patient questions and concerns with professionalism and care
Maintain accurate patient records and scheduling notes
Do anything needed to help the office run smoothly
What We're Looking For
Experience in a dental front office or scheduling role preferred
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong phone and in-person communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
A positive, team-oriented attitude
Dentrix experience preferred
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
