Provide a polished, concierge-level patient experience
Present treatment plans clearly and professionally
Manage scheduling with accuracy and efficiency
Verify insurance when needed and explain patient financial responsibilities
Handle billing, payments, and financial discussions with confidence
Coordinate patient flow and front office operations
Who You Are:
Experienced Dental Front Office professional (cosmetic/high-end preferred)
Confident with billing, insurance, and financial conversations
Dentrix experience preferred
Strong communicator with excellent patient rapport
Organized, detail-oriented, and professional
Positive, dependable, and team-oriented
Enjoys working in a family-style culture
