The Role
Our office is growing, and we are looking for a driven, self-motivated professional to join our team as a Front Office / Treatment and Financial Coordinator, someone who can take ownership of the patient experience, work independently, and drive case acceptance and office performance.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves connecting with patients, and knows how to guide conversations toward a "YES confidently.

What You'll Do
Present treatment plans clearly and confidently, helping patients understand their options and the value of recommended care
Review costs and insurance coverage with patients, and offer financing options to make treatment accessible
Own case acceptance numbers, following up with patients who haven't yet moved forward with treatment
Verify insurance benefits and eligibility before patient appointments
Process claims, post payments, and manage accounts receivable
Track and report on production and case acceptance metrics
Build trust and rapport with patients to support long-term relationships with the practice
Collaborate closely with clinical team members to ensure smooth handoffs from diagnosis to treatment
Do anything needed to help the office run smoothly
What We're Looking For
Experience in a dental treatment coordination or financial coordination role preferred
Strong understanding of dental insurance, benefits verification, and financing options (CareCredit, Sunbit, etc.)
Confident, persuasive communicator who can navigate financial conversations with empathy
Highly organized with strong follow-up habits
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of outcomes
A positive, team-oriented attitude
Experience in Dentrix software is preferred
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
