Responsibilities:
Manage patient scheduling and confirm appointments efficiently.
Assist patients with treatment plans and financial arrangements.
Handle patient inquiries and provide outstanding customer service.
Coordinate treatment schedules with the dental team for optimal workflow.
Ensure a welcoming and organized front office environment.
Support the dental team with administrative tasks as needed.
Promote a positive patient experience through effective communication.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a dental front office role, preferably with Treatment Coordinator. Experience.
Strong knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Positive attitude and a passion for patient care.
