Job Description
Join Our Team – Experienced Dental Front Office
We are a growing general dental practice looking for an experienced, dependable, and detail-oriented Dental Front Office Team Member to join our team.
In this role, you will help create an excellent patient experience while supporting the day-to-day administrative and insurance operations of the practice.
Responsibilities include:
Insurance verification and benefit breakdowns
Dental insurance claims and follow-up
Treatment plan presentation and financial discussions
Scheduling and appointment coordination
Answering patient questions and providing excellent customer service
Collecting and posting patient payments
General dental front office responsibilities
We are happy to provide training on areas where you may need additional support; however, candidates should already have a solid understanding of dental terminology and dental office operations.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of relevant dental office experience
Dental front office experience strongly preferred
Familiarity with dental insurance and claims
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience with Open Dental is preferred
Reliable, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Schedule:
This position follows an alternating weekly schedule. Saturday availability is required. Our office is currently open approximately 3 Saturdays per month from 8:00 AM–2:00 PM.
We are looking for someone who wants to grow with our practice and become a long-term member of our team. If you enjoy working with patients, solving problems, and being part of a supportive dental team, we would love to hear from you.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
