Dental Hygiene Assistant

Dental Assistant (DC license required) full or part time.

As our dental hygiene assistant at Georgetown Dental, you will be responsible for assisting our hygienist in providing comprehensive dental care to our patients. Our office is a FFS/PPO office. Full or part time will be considered. We are looking for someone who works well in a team environment, has a passion for dentistry, and is enthusiastic! Commitment to our patients and our team is important. You will help us ensure we deliver seamless and excellent patient care. We will provide competitive salary based on the experience.

Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Understand infection control and sterilization
Friendly chair side manner
Efficient performance of chair side procedures
Assist office in achieving goals
Other duties as assigned
Thorough knowledge of all material and procedures and instruments
Proper Sterilization and equipment maintenance techniques
DC x-ray certification/demonstrate proper x-ray knowledge
DC license
