Dental Hygiene Assistant

We are hiring a Dental Hygiene Assistant to support our hygiene team in a state-of-the-art, patient-focused practice. This role is essential to keeping our single-column hygiene schedules running smoothly while helping deliver an exceptional experience for every patient.

Responsibilities
Set-up and stock hygiene rooms
Manage hygiene schedules and help maintain efficient patient flow
Seat patients as needed, coronal polishing and taking x-rays
Dental charting
Assist hygienists in delivering an exceptional patient experience
Qualifications
Current Virginia Dental X-Ray Certification (required)
Dental hygiene assisting experience preferred
Experience with Dentrix Ascend preferred
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to anticipate the needs of the hygiene team and work independently
