Overview
Join our dynamic dental team as a Dental Hygienist and play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care while promoting optimal oral health. Duties
Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing, to remove plaque and tartar buildup.
Conduct patient assessments by reviewing medical histories, vital signs, and current dental conditions to inform treatment plans.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions to promote lifelong oral health habits.
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient records, treatment notes, and medical histories in electronic medical record (EMR) systems like Dentrix.
Experience
Proven experience working as a Dental Hygienist in a fast-paced dental clinic or office setting.
Familiarity with EMR systems such as Dentrix for documentation review and clinical notes.
Certified in laser bacterial reduction.
Ability to perform patient care tasks effectively while demonstrating excellent communication skills and compassionate patient assessment.
