Job Description

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide quality dental care and promote oral health in a professional and compassionate manner.

**Duties:**

- Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing

- Take and develop dental x-rays

- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices

- Administer fluoride treatments

- Maintain accurate patient records using medical documentation systems

- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and infection control protocols

- Assist dentists during procedures as needed

- Work with pediatric patients in a friendly and caring manner

**Qualifications:**

- Valid Dental Hygienist license

- Proficiency in using dental office software such as Dentrix

- Experience in pediatric dentistry is a plus

- Knowledge of medical records management and maintaining confidentiality

- Strong communication skills to educate patients on oral health practices

Weekly Schedule:
Mondays and Wednesdays: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Tuesdays: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Thursdays: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Fridays: CLOSED
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $38.00 - $40.00 per hour
