Dental Hygienist

HIRING- please read entire AD This is not your typical dental hygiene position.Tooth Express is a growing mobile dental hygiene practice, and we are looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist who is excited by the opportunity to grow with us and help redefine how dental hygiene is delivered.This role is best suited for someone who: Enjoys a flexible and evolving schedule Is comfortable with the realities of a growing business and helping build something from the ground up Appreciates independence and working autonomously Is proactive, solutions-focused, and excited to contribute ideas Wants to be part of a company with long-term growth opportunitiesIs adaptable and able to respond effectively as situations evolveTakes pride in delivering exceptional patient experience outside of a traditional clinic setting Is flexible, reliable, accountable and able to work with minimal supervision Takes initiative and looks for ways to improve processes and patient experience 3 YEARS INSURANCE HISTORY A MUST AND CLEAN DRIVING ABSTRACTWAREHOUSE TO PICK VAN IS IN NE Schedule expectations: We are looking for a hygienist who has the availability to grow into a schedule of 4–5 weekdays per week and 2 Saturdays per month as our patient base continues to grow Scheduling needs may vary during the growth phase, requiring flexibility and adaptabilityWhat you can expect: Work independently in a fully equipped mobile dental clinic No front desk, no dentist on-site Fewer patients per day with longer appointment times and a more personalized approach to care Administration and structure More autonomy and the ability to truly own your day The opportunity to help build systems, contribute ideas, and shape the future of Tooth Express Founding Team OpportunityAs Tooth Express continues to grow, we recognize the value of team members who choose to join us during these early stages.
