Job Description
Join our growing, privately owned, state-of-the-art dental practice! We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our collaborative multispecialty team.
Our practice is fully equipped with advanced digital technology—including digital X-rays, iTero digital scanners, CBCT 3D imaging, and in-office 3D printing. This is an incredible opportunity to work alongside a diverse group of providers, expand your clinical skills, work with cutting-edge tech, and deliver exceptional, personalized patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Perform high-quality dental cleanings, including scaling, root planing, and polishing.
Conduct thorough patient assessments and maintain detailed medical histories.
Take and process digital dental X-rays and scans.
Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment plans, and personalized home care.
Administer local anesthesia as required and permitted.
Assist dentists during specialized procedures when needed.
Maintain accurate electronic health records in compliance with HIPAA and practice standards.
Upkeep strict infection control and safety protocols.
Qualifications & Skills
Active State Dental Hygienist License (and local anesthesia certification, if applicable).
Strong knowledge of dental hygiene clinical practices, periodontal therapy, and oral anatomy.
Proficiency with modern electronic dental software and digital technology (iTero, CBCT experience is a plus).
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first mindset.
Collaborative attitude and eagerness to thrive in a multispecialty team environment.
