Job Description
Overview
We are currently connecting motivated and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienists who want flexibility.
Our team is built by dental professionals, so we understand the day-to-day realities of working in a clinic — whether you're a hygienist, assistant, or administrator. Our goal is to create a smoother, more flexible way to work in dentistry.
How It Works
Once onboarded, you’ll have the ability to indicate:
Your preferred regions
Days and hours you’re available
When opportunities become available that match your preferences (including sick calls, vacation coverage, or longer-term needs), you’ll have the option to step in and support local practices.
This approach allows you to:
✔ Choose when you work
✔ Gain experience in different offices
✔ Build relationships with practices you enjoy
What You’ll Do
Provide preventive dental hygiene services, including cleanings and periodontal assessments
Deliver patient education on oral health and hygiene practices
Apply treatments such as fluoride and sealants when appropriate
Accurately document patient information using clinic software systems
Work alongside dental teams to support patient care and treatment planning
Follow infection prevention and sterilization protocols
Maintain a professional, patient-first approach in all interactions
What We’re Looking For
Current registration/license (CDHO) to practice as a Dental Hygienist in Ontario
Previous clinical experience in a dental setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt to different office environments
Professionalism, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset
Why This Opportunity Stands Out
Flexible scheduling based on your availability
Exposure to a variety of dental practices
Opportunity to build ongoing relationships with clinics
Support from a team that understands the dental industry
If you’re looking for a more flexible way to work while continuing to provide high-quality patient care, we’d love to connect with you.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $50.00-$60.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
