We're looking for a skilled hygienist who sees each appointment as an opportunity to enhance both oral health and patient confidence.
WHAT WE OFFER:
Stability & Support:
$60-$70/hour based on experience
Full-time position with consistent weekly schedule and steady paycheck with hours to be mutually agreed upon

A Fee-for-Service Practice:
Quality care over insurance constraints
Approximately 7 patients per day-time for thorough, unhurried care
Modern, well-equipped facility with latest technology
Supportive, team-oriented atmosphere
Monthly team meetings and one-on-one mentorship
WHAT YOUR DAYS WILL LOOK LIKE:
You'll provide comprehensive cleanings, periodontal assessments, and patient education with approximately 7 patients per day-giving each the attention they deserve. You'll be a trusted guide, turning dental jargon into clear conversations and connecting oral health to overall wellness. You'll collaborate with dentists, assistants, and front office for seamless patient experiences.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Must-Haves:
Current RDH license in NY
CPR/BLS certification
Proficiency in hygiene techniques and radiography
Excellent communication and patient care skills
Strong documentation and adherence to infection control, HIPAA, and OSHA protocols
