Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Job Summary
Summit Dental Group is seeking a full-time or part-time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing private practice. The ideal candidate must hold an active RDH license and be committed to patient-first dentistry, professionalism, and clinical excellence. This role is three to four days per week with a consistent weekday schedule.
Qualifications – Registered Dental Hygienist
Required:
Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
Strong commitment to patient-centered care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Preferred:
Experience in a private dental practice
Familiarity with digital radiographs and modern dental technology
Desire for professional and personal growth
Responsibilities – Registered Dental Hygienist
Provide high-quality dental hygiene care while ensuring patient comfort
Conduct initial oral health screenings and review medical/dental histories
Identify conditions such as caries and periodontal disease
Educate patients of all ages on oral hygiene and preventative care
Take digital radiographs and dental impressions as needed
Deliver post-operative instructions and patient education
Assist dentists in developing appropriate treatment plans
Maintain accurate patient documentation and charts
Sterilize instruments and maintain operatory cleanliness
Monitor and manage clinical supplies
Perform other duties as assigned
