Dental Hygienist

Position Overview
We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Dental Hygienist to join our dental team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone looking for a flexible schedule, with only a couple Mondays per month required. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care, education, and creating a comfortable, positive dental experience.

Key Responsibilities
Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing as needed
Conduct thorough oral health assessments and document findings
Take and review dental radiographs (X-rays)
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care
Assist dentist in identifying oral health conditions
Maintain accurate patient records
Follow infection control and sterilization protocols
Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment
Build rapport with patients
Qualifications and Experience
Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
Current CPR/BLS certification
Knowledge of dental procedures and best practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Gentle, patient-focused approach
