Hello!

We are a new private dental practice in Alafaya that has been open since October 2025. We are currently a small team that is looking to expand!

Our Mission is to be a pillar within the community providing high quality dental care and education. A practice that is driven by clinical excellence, systematic workflow, in-office fun, and improvement in our patients’ health.

Our Vision is to become a practice that prides itself on collaborative team effort. A place where team members are always striving to learn more and perform better while maintaining a warm, fun-fueled environment. A dental home where patients feel heard, properly educated, and understood. Creating an elevated experience that sets ourselves apart from the average practice. Overall, we are a set of cool people looking for other cool people to make a cool dental practice. We are all open-minded and are here to work together towards a common goal.

We are currently open 8-5 M, T, W, F - we are closed on Thursdays
Duties
Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatments to maintain optimal oral health.

Conduct patient assessments by reviewing medical histories, vital signs, and current dental conditions to inform treatment plans.

Assist with chairside procedures by preparing instruments, materials, and ensuring aseptic techniques are strictly followed.

Take and develop medical imaging such as X-rays, ensuring proper positioning and safety protocols are adhered to.

Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions to promote lifelong dental health.

Maintain accurate and detailed medical records using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. (We use Curve)
Support infection control protocols by sterilizing equipment, managing dental supplies, and maintaining a clean clinical environment.

Requirements
Valid state licensure as a Dental Hygienist with current credentials to practice in a clinical setting.

Proven experience in general dentistry and pediatric dentistry environments, with familiarity in pediatric dentistry preferred.

Proficiency in dental terminology, medical coding, and documentation review to ensure precise recordkeeping.

Strong knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, infection control procedures, and aseptic techniques.

Experience with EMR systems such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix for efficient patient documentation.

Ability to perform four-handed dentistry techniques for efficient workflow during patient care.

Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs quickly and effectively. Join us in creating healthier smiles! Pay: $42.00 - $45.00 per hour
