Job Description
Position Details:
Provide oral health screenings, dental risk assessments, fluoride treatments, sealants, and preventive care.
Assist families in accessing dental treatment and navigating referrals.
Educate children and families on the importance of good oral health habits.
Coordinate care and maintain accurate documentation and data entry.
Collaborate with healthcare providers, schools, families, and community partners.
Qualifications:
Iowa Registered Dental Hygienist preferred.
Iowa Registered Dental Assistant or Registered Nurse minimum qualification.
Current Iowa licensure and required certifications.
Strong communication, organizational, and technology skills.
Passion for serving children and families.

Upper Des Moines Opportunity, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Hygienist to provide preventive oral health services and care coordination for children and adolescents throughout our service area.
