Dental Hygienist

We are a well-established, privately owned dental practice in Watertown that has served the community for over 30 years. Our office is known for long-standing patient relationships and a collaborative atmosphere.

We are looking for a Dental Hygienist who values patient-centered care and being part of a positive, respectful workplace. We are happy to consider new graduates who are looking for a practice where they can strengthen both patient-interaction and clinical skills and feel supported as they grow.

Responsibilities
Provide preventive dental hygiene care and periodontal maintenance
Educate patients on oral hygiene and long-term dental health
Take digital radiographs
Maintain accurate clinical notes and patient records
Partner with dentist and team to support comprehensive care
Help create a welcoming and comfortable patient experience
Qualifications
Active Massachusetts RDH license
Strong communication skills
Friendly, professional chairside manner
Detail-oriented and dependable
Experience with digital charting preferred
