Job Description

Compensations
Quarterly bonuses!
Sign-on bonus up to $50,000 based on commitment length
Schedule:
Monday: 7:20 AM – 6:00 PM
Tuesday: 6:20 AM – 4:00 PM
Wednesday: 7:20 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 6:20 AM – 4:00 PM

Clinical Schedule:
Adult recalls and periodontal maintenance: 60 minutes
Child prophylaxis under age 12: 30-40 minutes

New patient appointments: 90 minutes
SRP appointments: 90 minutes for two quadrants
