Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Sign-On Bonus

Total Compensation, Incentives & Perks
At Access Health Dental, we invest in our hygienists by offering a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, financial future, and professional growth:
· Earning potential is uncapped with total compensation from $65 per hour to $80+ per hour (inclusive of base pay, hygienist bonus, team bonus, paid time off, paid vacation and other benefits and perks)
· Continuing education credits & ongoing support: 16+ CE units in your first year
· Sign-on bonus: $4,000 (full-time and one-year commitment)
· Base pay: $55 to $60 per hour (depending on experience)
· Monthly team bonus
· Monthly hygienist bonus
· Paid time off
· Paid holidays
· 401(k) with company match
· Comprehensive medical coverage, including multiple PPO plan options, dental, vision, AD&D and secondary insurance options

Qualifications
· Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license – Nevada
· Strong focus on patient education & preventive care
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Team-oriented mindset with a growth mentality

Pay: $130,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
