The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dental Hygienist who is passionate about patient care and clinical excellence. This is an ideal position for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to be part of a growing, high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive dental hygiene care, including scaling, root planing, and polishing
Conduct patient assessments and oral cancer screenings
Take and interpret dental radiographs
Educate patients on oral hygiene, prevention, and long-term maintenance
Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records
Collaborate closely with the dentist and team to deliver comprehensive care
Ensure strict adherence to sterilization and infection control protocols
What We’re Looking For
Diploma/Degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
Active Ontario Dental Hygiene license
Strong clinical skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
Comfortable using dental software (Dentrix experience is an asset)
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment
Positive attitude and strong team mentality
