Job Description
Join our dental practice where personalized care and genuine patient relationships come first.
We're seeking a registered Dental Hygienist who is friendly, personable, and passionate about providing an exceptional patient experience. If you're ready to become part of a welcoming, non-corporate, solo-practitioner office where you can take pride in your work and truly get to know your patients, this full-time opportunity could be a great fit!
As a Dental Hygienist at our office, you'll play an important role in creating the personalized, comfortable experience we strive to provide for every patient. You'll deliver high-quality preventive care while taking the time to educate, listen, answer questions, and build trust with the individuals you see. Our practice values quality care over quantity, which is why we allow up to 60 minutes for regular cleanings and up to 90 minutes for new patient appointments, giving you the time to provide attentive care without feeling rushed.
You'll work closely with the dentist and the rest of our team to support each patient's oral health while contributing to the welcoming, collaborative environment that sets our practice apart. While proficiency in administering local anesthetic is advantageous, it is not a mandatory requirement.
We prioritize both your well-being and the satisfaction of our patients, and we are specifically seeking candidates who view this opportunity as their long-term professional home.
What We Offer:
$42–$48/hour, dependent on experience
