Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, perform dental cleanings, and assist in maintaining a smooth and efficient dental office environment. This role offers an opportunity to work in a supportive team dedicated to improving patients’ oral health and overall well-being.
Responsibilities
Perform professional dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth
Take and develop dental radiographs as needed
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and treatment plans
Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures
Maintain accurate patient records using Tracker dental software
Manage patient inquiries with excellent customer service skills
Prepare treatment rooms for procedures and ensure sterilization protocols are followed
Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and updating patient information
Stay current with dental terminology, techniques, and industry best practices
Experience
Prior experience working in a dental office setting is preferred
Experience with orthodontics, pediatrics, or general dentistry is a plus
Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry
Bilingual abilities are advantageous for communicating with a diverse patient base
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well within a team environment
CANDIDATES MUST BE AVAILABLE TUESDAYS AND SATURDAYS PLEASE
This position is integral to delivering high-quality dental care and ensuring patient satisfaction. We value professionalism, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for helping others achieve optimal oral health.
Pay: $55.00-$58.00 per hour
