Welcome to our vibrant, patient-centered dental practice located in the heart of Music City!
Position: Dental Hygienist
We are seeking a knowledgeable & compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong clinical background, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a dedication to being reliable as well as accountable.
Office Hours:
M, T & TH-7:30am-4:30pm
W-CLOSED
F-7:30am-1pm
Key Responsibilities
Patient Interaction: Establish and maintain positive relationships with patients by creating a welcoming environment, addressing their concerns, and providing personalized care.
Record Maintenance: Accurately document patient histories, treatment plans, and progress notes while ensuring meticulous record-keeping in compliance with industry standards.
Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to OSHA and HIPAA regulations to ensure a safe, secure, and compliant practice environment.
Diagnostic & Preventive Care: Perform a range of diagnostic and preventative procedures including cleanings, scaling, and polishing, as well as fluoride treatments and sealant applications.
Technical Support: Utilize and operate advanced dental equipment such as 3D scanners, CBCT (Cone Beam Computed Tomography), and intraoral cameras to assist with accurate diagnosis and effective treatment planning.
Dental Knowledge: Apply your understanding of dental terminology, anatomy, and procedures to support general dental practices and contribute to comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications:
Certification & Education: Valid dental hygienist license and certification from an accredited dental hygiene program.
Experience: Previous experience as a dental hygienist is preferred but not required. New graduates with relevant clinical experience are also encouraged to apply.
Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients and work collaboratively with team members.
