Job Description
Looking for a dental home where you can do great hygiene, connect with your patients, and actually enjoy the people you work with?
We might be a great fit.
We’re a growing, close-knit dental practice looking for a Dental Hygienist who loves people, takes pride in their care, and wants to be an important part of the patient’s journey — not just “clean teeth.”
Hygiene Is So Much More Than a Cleaning.
We believe our hygienists are a huge part of helping patients understand their health and feel confident about their care.
You’ll get to:
Provide comprehensive hygiene + periodontal therapy
Educate patients and build real relationships
Use digital scans, photography, and modern technology
Co-diagnose and partner with the doctor
Help patients understand the connection between oral health and overall wellness
Continue learning, growing, and expanding your clinical skills
Work alongside a team that genuinely supports each other
A Little About Us
Our goal is simple: create a calm, clean, positive environment where patients feel cared for and our team enjoys coming to work.
We have expertly trained doctors, modern technology, and a close-knit team that believes great dentistry starts with a great experience.
Our values are Commitment, Empowerment, Gratitude, Integrity, and Teamwork — which really means: take great care of people, bring positive energy, do the right thing, keep growing, and always have your teammate’s back.
You’ll Love It Here If You...
♡ Love connecting with your patients
♡ Believe education is a big part of great hygiene
♡ Enjoy co-diagnosing and collaborating with the doctor
♡ Bring positive energy and a team-first attitude
♡ Are dependable, motivated and ready to grow
♡ Want to work somewhere your ideas and contributions are valued
Come Grow With Us
We’re growing, and we’d love to find someone who wants to grow with us — clinically, professionally, and as part of our team.
If you’re looking for a practice where you can provide amazing care, keep learning, have some fun, and work with people who genuinely support one another...
We’d love to meet you.
