Competitive Pay
$35/hour
Monthly bonus opportunities
Work-Life Balance
Monday–Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Only 1 Saturday per month

Digital sensors in every hygiene room
Open Dental software
Patient-Focused Scheduling
1-hour recall appointments
90-minute new patient appointments
Scaling and root planing appointments scheduled based on your clinical judgment
Average of only 6–8 patients per day

What We're Looking For
Current Dental Hygienist license in the State of Alabama
Current CPR/BLS certification
Excellent communication and patient education skills
Ability to work collaboratively with doctors and team members
Proficiency in all aspects of dental hygiene care, including:
Periodontal charting
Prophylaxis
Scaling and root planing
Dental radiographs
Fluoride treatments
Preventive patient education
