About Us:
At Oak Ridge Dental, we are committed to providing compassionate, high-quality dental care in a welcoming and patient-centered environment. Our team is seeking a licensed and enthusiastic Dental Hygienist to join our growing practice and help our patients maintain healthy, beautiful smiles.
Responsibilities:
Perform dental cleanings, scaling, root planing, and periodontal maintenance
Take digital X-rays and intraoral photos
Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventative care
Apply fluoride and sealants when necessary
Maintain accurate patient records and charting
Assist in infection control and sterilization procedures
Collaborate with the dentist to support comprehensive patient care
Qualifications:
Current state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist
CPR/BLS certification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient care
Experience with OpenDental preferred
Bilingual in Vietnamese or Spanish is preferred
