Job Description
we are seeking a skilled, personable, and detail-oriented full time ( two locations) or part time ( one location) Dental Hygienist to join our high-end, patient-focused practice in Washington, DC and Woodbridge Virginia.
We are not a typical dental office. Our environment is calm, elevated, and designed to deliver a luxury experience where patients feel genuinely cared for. We are looking for someone who takes pride not only in clinical excellence, but also in creating meaningful patient connections.
Position Details:
Full time ( two locations ) in Washington DC and Woodbridge Virginia or Part-time (one location) in Washington DC
Modern, fully digital office
Supportive and highly trained team
High-end patient base
Responsibilities:
Perform thorough dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance
Take digital radiographs
Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
Assist in diagnosing periodontal conditions
Maintain accurate and detailed clinical notes
Deliver a warm, professional, and reassuring patient experience
What We’re Looking For:
Active RDH license in Washington, DC, Virginia
Strong clinical and communication skills
Gentle touch with a patient-first mindset
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
