Job Description
WHAT WE OFFER:
Comprehensive onboarding program (2–4 weeks) to ensure a strong, confident start
A balanced schedule — our hygienists typically see 6–7 patients per day
No accelerated hygiene model — we prioritize quality care over volume
Company-sponsored laser certification for all hygienists
A performance-driven compensation structure designed to reward production and contribution
Daily production-based earning opportunities in addition to base pay
Profit-sharing and bonus opportunities tied to individual and office performance
Advanced technology including digital x-rays, pano/CBCT, laser, iTero scanning, and AI-assisted imaging
Paid CPR and Nitrous certifications
Paid holidays and PTO available upon hire

Monday–Friday schedule — no weekends

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
1+ years of clinical hygiene experience preferred

Proficient with basic computer systems (Microsoft Office, etc.)
Reliable, punctual, and leads by example
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Active Texas RDH license
Current CPR certification
Reliable transportation
