Job Description
Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Private Family Practice
Location: Portland, OR
Schedule: Tuesday - Friday 9am- 5pm
Compensation: $63-65/hour plus $5 bonus per fluoride varnish application
About Us: We are a multi-doctor, privately owned family practice with a long, proud history in the Portland community. We are completely independent—no corporate metrics or rushed appointment times. We believe in taking excellent care of our patients and each other.
Our office is heavily invested in modern dentistry. We utilize fully digitized workflows, in-house 3D printing, and evidence-based clinical protocols, including advanced periodontal regeneration techniques. We are looking for a hygienist who is caring, cooperative, fun, and deeply curious about the future of dental care.

What We Are Looking For:
A valid Oregon Dental Hygiene License
A gentle touch and excellent patient communication skills.
Someone who views hygiene as comprehensive periodontal therapy, not just "cleaning teeth."
A team player with a great sense of humor.
